Agreement

By downloading or using Beachable (“the app”) you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Apple Media Services Standard End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), which is incorporated here by reference. Where these Terms add to or differ from the Standard EULA, these Terms apply only to the extent permitted.

Beachable Pro Subscription

• Title: Beachable Pro
• Length: 1 year, auto-renewing
• Price: $24.99 USD per year (local currency may vary)
• Billing: Charged to your Apple Account at purchase confirmation.
• Auto-renewal: Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Manage / cancel: Go to Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

Beachable provides coastal-condition information for recreational planning. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse-engineer the app outside what is permitted by applicable law, or rely on the app as the sole basis for any decision involving safety of life or property.

Disclaimer

Beachable's tide, wave, weather, and visibility data are provided by third-party sources (including WorldTides, NOAA, and Open-Meteo) and are estimates only. Conditions in the ocean change rapidly and without warning. The app is not a substitute for in-person observation, local knowledge, lifeguards, marine forecasts, or your own judgement. Use at your own risk.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
